Merge remote branch 'tolimar/rm-close-bugs' into merge

* tolimar/rm-close-bugs:
  make wnpp file world readable and do so before moving it
  Fix spelling of "IOError" so we indeed don't raise an exception
  Make that file readable by ftpteam
