From: Matthias Kaehlcke Date: Tue, 8 May 2007 07:32:08 +0000 (-0700) Subject: use mutex instead of semaphore for misc char devices X-Git-Tag: v2.6.22-rc1~594 X-Git-Url: https://err.no/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?a=commitdiff_plain;h=0e82d5b61841f2b9e2d31a4299ce09752c5d3288;p=linux-2.6 use mutex instead of semaphore for misc char devices The misc character device driver uses a semaphore as mutex. Use the mutex API instead of the (binary) semaphore.
