[PCMCIA] MPC8xx PCMCIA update

Kconfig entry: dependency on 8xx
Makefile: fix whitespace breakage
m8xx_pcmcia.c:
	- asm/segment.h is gone
	- use generic PCMCIA suspend/resume methods
