SUNRPC: fix print format for tk_pid
authorChuck Lever <chuck.lever@oracle.com>

committerTrond Myklebust <Trond.Myklebust@netapp.com>
Sat, 3 Feb 2007 23:35:10 +0000 (15:35 -0800)
The tk_pid field is an unsigned short.  The proper print format specifier for
that type is %5u, not %4d.

Also clean up some miscellaneous print formatting nits.
