* Added ifinfo, by Benjamin BAYART (originally called ifcfg).
* Made ifinfo -Wall clean.
* Made ifinfo support -h and print usage on unknown options.
* Cleaned up ifinfo's behavior when asked to print info for nonexistant
  devices. Still needs improvement.
