[MTD] NAND: use SmartMedia ECC byte order for ndfc

Select MTD_NAND_ECC_SMC (ECC byte order according to the Smart Media
Specification) if MTD_NAND_NDFC is used.
Using the wrong byte order causes fatal, unnoticed data damage.
