[PATCH] namespaces: utsname: introduce temporary helpers

[PATCH] namespaces: utsname: introduce temporary helpers

Define utsname() and init_utsname() which return &system_utsname.  Users of
system_utsname will be changed to use these helpers, after which
system_utsname will disappear.
